need one for cutting logs, tree trunks etc for firewood

any ideas?
stihl
husky??

if your only going to use it for DIY then i don't see the point in paying out for a Stihl. i know they are good but unless your going to be a tree surgeon then i would say just get something like a Ryobi as they do just the same job.

i work in construction and have to use one to fell trees on the odd occasion and the Ryobi dose that just fine.

oh just one more thing i have found that getting your chain re-sharpened is a waste of time as they are never as good as new and never seem to last as long, i have always found it best to just buy a new one when the you need it.
