It was on terrestrial TV about 11 or 12 last night. It was about a bunch of kids who were being babysat and ended up going on some big adventure into the city and being kidnapped and chased and singing in a blues club and climbing a skyscraper and all sorts of shenanigans.

It was shockingly poor, but yet, strangely compelling. I couldn't retire until i'd watched the whole of it.

Any idea's? cant find any listings.

It has two names I believe - the UK version is something like Adventures in Babysitting. I think the US version is A Night on the Town. I remember watching it on a video rental when it came out!

Edit: I got it the wrong way round.

Edit: Ignore that. looking at it, no one ever shows "yesterdays listings" what a pain in the ass.

AHh i remember this film well, my first real crush was on Elisabeth Shue (the babysitter), oh and Tiffany Amber Theisen from Saved by the Bell .... o they were the days, it was all so simple!

Radiotimes.com does show yesterdays listings. In fact they go back three days or so, I use it all the time. Go to 'TV', then look in the 'FURTHER DATES' box.

I was flicking between that 80's nonsense and Bloodsport which was showing on one of the satellites. It was great seeing Forest Whittaker, who looked about 12 years old, trying to act his way out of it.
