Just watched Blair With Project - I want 78 minutes of my life back

i expected a lot more from bwp as it was marketed as having real footage etc from a true story but it disappointed me.

even when i know its 100% made up it just fails to be a horror movie imo and a bit of a bore fest.
 
One Missed Call is an awesome scary film :D had me poopin' me under crackas.

BWP though, ¬_¬ why did you even contemplate watching it, let alone actually watch it?!

you should watch the second one it is even scarier and the 3rd one isnt as scary and the plot goes a bit daft but still a lot better than bwp :)

edit : the Japanese ones are called Chakushin Ari their easy to find :)

Last scene would have been more scary/weird if it hadn't already been detailed at the beginning, as a result, it ended up being very clichéd and I lol'd.
 
I found it more annoying than scary. Bratty selfish american kids with social interaction problems and ADHD. Throwing teeny tantrums the whole time.
 
I thought it was scary when I watched it, but I hadn't heard anything about it or even knew it was a movie. Someone gave me a video and said "watch this", so I did.

I actually thought it was real footage found in the woods, until the end when it went a bit too weird and I searched for more info on the net once it had finished.

Glad I'd never heard of it before, was a good experience.
 
One of the worst films I've watched. I originally watched it at the cinema with a few friends, towards the end of the film we were willing them all to die so the film could finish.
 
BWP wasn't actually that bad. You need to watch it without hearing the hype.
One thing I don't get though is people say it was made with a really really low budget like $10,000.....what happend to the other $9800? Surely they got the ****** camera and camping equipment within the $200?

That's a very valid part of it. It was hyped to hell and back, which did it more harm than good. It's purely a film about how it would be if a bunch of students went to make a documentary on a witch and fell foul of their subject, nothing more, and on that level is succeeds brilliantly.
