Apart from starving yourself 
Whats the quickest way, i need to lose about 2 stone. (which i know is a hell of allot to lose)
I used to Street dance and Break dance but now i cant do **** i cant lift myself for some reason when doing moves, (basically cant do moves at all anymore) and when i do headstands my god it hurts my head! its like theres a car on top of my head lol. (but i can do pull ups easy). and i need to get back to lessons asap, but before that i need to lose weight.

EDIT: i posted a now and after pic of me (now and 2 months ago) before i started working out, i lost allot of fat on my belly, and my abs are starting to show , in that 2 months i put on 1lb, so this isnt working
