Quickest way to lose weight.

Apart from starving yourself :)

Whats the quickest way, i need to lose about 2 stone. (which i know is a hell of allot to lose)

I used to Street dance and Break dance but now i cant do **** i cant lift myself for some reason when doing moves, (basically cant do moves at all anymore) and when i do headstands my god it hurts my head! its like theres a car on top of my head lol. (but i can do pull ups easy). and i need to get back to lessons asap, but before that i need to lose weight.

EDIT: i posted a now and after pic of me (now and 2 months ago) before i started working out, i lost allot of fat on my belly, and my abs are starting to show , in that 2 months i put on 1lb, so this isnt working :(

2 stone in what period? do you jsut want to lose weight or lose fat specifically?
given your recent pics, i dont see why you need to lose 2 stone.

If this is how you look today, and you plan to lose 2 stone, I hope you like the P.O.W look.

You could even start a bulk from that bodyfat %, I would be maintaining on a clean diet, whilst continuing to lift.

A mirror is a much better guide than a simple case of weighing yourself if you are doing exercise/bodybuilding so don't worry about the fact that you have put on weight. Also remember that 1lb is a pretty insignificant amount, your weight will tend to fluctuate throughout the day naturally.

To agree with the others I reckon more weightlifting would be of a greater benefit than trying to lose weight as it looks like you should have a decent base to build on.

Argh, my mate always says to me at the gym 'I lost two pounds yesterday' and I always just nod my head thinking "argh, it's not worth it. Let him have his joy". He also does "I put on a pound of muscle yesterday" after one small weight workout. I've explained it to him but he seems to ignore what I've said so who cares. Annoying when you hear it every day though.
 
The thing is i weigh 11.6 stone which as far as i know isnt exactly light for my age and size, and im only 5ft 7inches, in them pictures it seems ok but put my weight with my size and its little strange.

and the period dosnt matter, the quicker the better as i need to get to lessons. any good advice is so much apreciated.
1 stone would be ok aswel, maybe 2 stone is a little to much.

Judging by the photos... ;)

Also, judging by the photos, you don't look like you could lose much from anywhere unless it's through muscle atrophy, tbh. You might lose a couple of kilos max by getting rid of the puppy fat, but I can't see 1 stone coming off that bod, let alone 2...

But yeah as above, it's all about diet, cut down to around 1800 calories (no less really is needed) a day, plus maybe an hours walk three times a week and it will drop off slowly, which is what you want.
