Just shows what a shoddy coded affair it really is tbh, Bad SP, Bad MP, badly coded and sold about 400 copies globally ;) , why is it still even used as a BM

people really need to stop using 'its badly coded' as an excuse, its a wonderful technical showpeace, and i guess you don't like it but big deal. the only reason it gets crappy FPS even with multiple GPUs is because it barely even supports 2 never mind 4, i get 30+ on my 8800GTS sometimes reaching 43, and its perfectly stutter free all throughout the game in DX10, so i dunno how people are getting it to run so badly

"wonderful technical showpeace" is subjective, to me (also subjective) it looks no better than COD4 which runs well on most systems, the reason its labelled as badly coded is simply because it doesn't scale its performance with the hardware thrown at it. a prime example of that is again COD4 which is playable on both lower end systems as well as high end systems. Look at the COD4 or indeed any of the others column in that graph and tell me the IW/others haven't done a good job ?

the only reason it gets crappy FPS even with multiple GPUs is because it barely even supports 2 never mind 4

I couldn't have argued my point any better, cheers :D

don't hate, just didn't rate it, Just another crysis lover me thinks. ;)

The fact that "it barely even supports 2 (GPU's)never mind 4" is inexcusable imho, its not like sli / xfire was sneaked out the door, but the way crysis uses it, its as if Crytek finished up and someone said "right then lets see what it can do in SLI" only to me greeted with "omg wtf is sli" from their coding gang.

The whole thing about it selling like crap is pure rubbish. Have a listen to the latest PCGamer(UK) Podcast, it's selling loads when compared to other PC games (only The Sims, COD4 and Football Manager are selling more at the minute)

As for "poor SP". I'm not going to argue with taste. I enjoyed it, and the Metacritic score agrees with me. I'll give you "Poor MP" though.
