I need a good thermal compound, but for the application I am using it in it must be non-electrically conductive, but with the best heat transfer possible. Ive narrowed it down to 2 so far:

Arctic Silver Ceramique
Arctic Cooling MX-2

Are there any better ones? Otherwise, will I see much of a difference between these two? Although the MX-2 is always more expensive, you do get almost twice as much with it so I can't go by price alone.

Also, do these compounds set solid, almost glueing the items down, or do they stay somewhat liquid?

Thanks for any help.

I've been saying MX-1 for years, and the test's have shown MX-1 to be better for years...

People are so used to using arctic silver when it was first about (and then it was the muts nuts) that they just stuck with tradition, a lot of people will still say AS5 over MX-2. At the end of the day, they are both good compounds, and chances are, the application of the stuff will ultimately have more effect on your temperatures.
