Best moment for me was Drogba wasting time complaining about Tainio wasting time! I had to listen to normal time on radio, Alan Green said that Drogba was complaining about everything and taking every opportunity to sprawl on the turf.

Bless him. I hope they win nothing for his petulence, the Premiership would be better off without that attitude.

Also i'd imagine since last January our net outlay isn't much more than yours.

Great day to be a Spurs fan! Just hope Ledley Kings knee injury isn't as bad as has been reported.

All those going on about it not being a major trophy:- just sour grapes because you didn't win it!
 
Theres no doubt clubs don't value it as highly as other competitions.
Still, there were many, many great players and teams in this years Carling Cup and so Spurs have every right to celebrate the achievement without silly people trying to spoil things :)

I'll be the first to admit I would prefer the FA/Prem title but its a way into Europe and with the way we started this season off I never imagined we would be seeing any silverware this season.

I don't think we will be seeing King to often now tbh. His knees are shot which is a damn shame as he was immense today and is a stalwart in the Spurs defence.

lol touche! on a more serious note it's a combination of a family member (not immediate) passing away and me having to sort a fair bit out with regards that, oh and i blew up my pc so i'm sharing a laptop with 2 other people at the moment.

good result for liverpool against inter and torres looks some player btw :)

Yea it was an great result which sets us up really nicely.

As for Torres, he's simply amazing. I had a few doubts over his goalscoring record and whether he'd fancy the fight over here but he put those doubt to bed pretty quickly, 21 goals in 27 starts says it all really.
 
i was quite vocal over some of my doubts but take that back now. and bloody hell you got a victory in the pl after the one in europe.

You already got a pass into next season's UEFA cup by just reaching the final as it can be all but assumed Chelsea will be playing in the Champion's League next year. So they'd give [their] spot to you.
