Bought this the other day but was wondering if anyone has some save files, with all the areas unlocked, which I could nick?

I can't be bothered to play through all the stories again - I just want to have a muck about in them.

Also, if anyone has a PS2 style controller setup file for the Logitech Rumplepad2 for GTA SA, I would really appreciate it.
 
I might have a 100% file with some modded cars somewhere.

I've never ordered anything from US before and I wouldn't mind getting this pack. Do I just order it as normal or do I have to do anything special?

Yeah, you pay for it in dollars and it just downloads to your system as normal, but you get charged the equivalent exchange rate for UK at time of sale.
