Image Cleaning ?

Before changed my computer/lost all on the old one I had some software for image cleaning and want to get it again. Problem is I can't remember what it was called, I thought it was Clean Image or something like that but doing a goggle I can't find the site I got it from. I know it's pretty popular, any ideas it's driving me mad trying to find it.

there is neat image if so, similar name to your thought.

If you do mean noise I find noise ninja to be quite useful (PS plugin).

neat image i find really good, haven't tried noise ninja though so can't compare.
