Looks like the Antec 900's bigger and better looking brother, definetly nice to see a different looking Lian Li case to the norm. Not sure whether it will appeal to the Lian Li faithful - looks wise, but possibly to the antec 900 people if it can appeal cooling and more space wise if you have quite a bit of cash to hand. Competition for the upcoming Antec 1200 maybe?

It's too expensive for the Antec 900 crowd, and too tacky-looking for the Lian Li crowd who don't mind spending that bit extra for quality.

I can't say I'm that keen.

I'm gonna be honest here, I do own a Antec 900, and do not like the look of the Lian Li, if it had the same honey comb as the front of of the Antec then maybe it wouldn't of been too bad, but I'm not a fan.

Although I do own the 900, I would have paid that bit more for something else if it was better but nothing tickled my fancy at the time, thus why I didn't spend out on a Lian Li.

It seems to be a lot more hassle free than the nine-hundred, though being a Lian Li and for a couple of hundred pounds thats what I would expect.

I also bought a nine-hundred at the time because I could not find an alternative that appealed to me and offered me what I was expecting and had read about the 900. If this was available at the time and some good reviews were about regarding cooling and practicality, I would have probably splashed out for this if I had to choose between the two. Is definetly more viable as 'futureproof', and I finding myself running out of space more and more in my nine-hundred with watercooling and general hardware size increasing.

If I was looking for a case with a 'gamer' appeal/look to it, I would consider this, the new cosmos S, upcoming antec 1200, antec P190 and the new akasas.

Found a nice little video of the PC-P80 'Crossfire' Edition -

And a 3DGameMan Review -

Likewise! Im now bored with my 900 . . . . .

That case is not worth anything near that sort of money either!

Yh i agree about the money part, also i think the fact that they have used blue LED fans in the front seems to Antec Nine Jundred for my liking, although i wouldnt say no to this case if someone got it for me, for christmas, (HINT HINT)

I personally don't like it and I am a huge Lian Li fan... but they can't just keep churning out cheese graters like my V1000 and it's cousins!

It looks ok, but it isn't lian li good looking. Much nicer than the Antec 900 though. (not a massive achievement to be fair)

Wouldn't even consider it at that price though. Would need to be sub 150 to even get a look in.

Yeap its a lovely looking case looks like it took the Antec 900 design and made all the bad features into workable and good features.

Still didnt like that silly hdd cage which 3dgameman couldnt get out even ;)

And for the £220+ price tag, definatly not worth its value.... £130-150 yes.

I think the Antec 1200 is gonna have hard competition but it will be its closest competitor but proberly a lot better priced.

for someone who wants a good quality large case but doesnt want the usual plain box look then the Armorsuit is a great choice...

personally I agree with p4radox, it will not appeal to the Lian Li crowd but I think was the idea. Finally people who want a showy case can get one without worrying about shoddy build quality.

I may not like the looks myself but I can't fault the build quality and attention to detail on these cases, it is all hairline brushed anodized aluminium with diamond cut edging and no areas where it was "much easier & cheaper to use moulded plastic". It could honestly be the best quality Lian Li case that i've ever seen...pity that ppl will either love it or hate it based solely on the looks

As far as value goes, considering that a similar sized steel/plastic Thermaltake would be about £150 it isn't that bad.
