Impressive chins :). I'd add standing rows on the end to complement the arnolds.

There's not much need, for the next two weeks I have to constantly better my workouts, it's going to be agony. I'm training HST if you didn't know, that was the first of my heavy 5x5 workouts, workout B is on Saturday.

Then there's two weeks of trying to beat each lift every session :O

I am going to actually be eating horses.
 
Has anybody got a diet on file they could post up?

I desperately need to get back into the gym on a clean bulk but cannot find the time to make-up a diet for myself.

Problem with that is what they might be eating might not be suited for you or your goals. Plus it's wise to calculate out your nutrient ratios, protein/carbs/fats.

To give you an idea mine at the moment is;

Meal 1 (8.00am); 2 scoops of whey, 2 scoops of ground oats + banana
Meal 2 (10.30am); 1 large Chicken breast, 1 large sweet potato + assorted veg (normally tomatoes, green beans and peppers). Multi vitamin + trib
Meal 3 (1pm); Same as meal 1 but without the banana and with 5 fish oil caps
Meal 4 (3.30pm); Same as meal 2, trib
PRE Workout Coffee and Cee
TRAIN (15g of bcaa in water)
POST Workout, 2 scoops of waxy maize, 20 minutes later 2 scoops of protein
Meal 5 (7.30ishpm); differs
Meal 6 (10.30-11pm); 250g quark, 10 almonds and 5 fish oil caps

I snack with nuts (normally almonds) between if I get peckish. Drinking 4+ litres of water a day.

Sitting at around 210lb at the moment and training a 4 day split.

I agree with SK07 you'll need to workout your own ratios etc...

People really under estimate the benefts of having a decent balanced diet 5 days a week, losing weight / gaining weight is EASY when you have a routine.
 
What type of excercises at the gym would be good for the stomach? As in my work out none of tghem seem to focus on the stomach at all.
 
So was at the gym today and was doing the lat pull, decided to use the long bar but did a different type of grip, did it as though I was in position to do a pull up (palms facing) and pulled it down, managed 133KG so far.

Again im ready to get flamed :D. For some reason im getting the vibe that it would be a waste of time me even putting a pic/vid, even though the stack is clearly labeled on the numbers im sure all of you would dispute and say "ITS IN LBS!" maybe before I return the weight to the stack I can let it pull me up into the air and hang from it lmao then I will have the POWAR TO DENIE ALL OF YOU!
 
Nothing would please us more than seeing you do it, as you can see in plenty of posts, people appreciate brute strength.

Yes, not a problem. But I still think people will take the P. I will do it. 133KG x 5. I would do it tomorow but I go to the gym on my own on a thursday so it's gonna be a bit hard to record, I'll try figure something out though. Don't get me wrong im not saying it's a piece of cake, it's bloddy hard.
 
Its now 3 wednesdays since you said you would film it with a friend, that is one of the reasons that people are not believing you.

People cannot take the P when proof is given, same with any other claims in the who of ocuk, from GD to motors :]

You will have plenty of people saying good things :]

i love your persistence, i too wish to see this feat, i dont believe someone smaller than me can lift twice what i do, i know some strong guys and they are either huge or nowhere near as strong as me. Still that doesnt mean im not open to it, its just unlikely

It is more because I would like to see it, not to just prove it, but also because if true it would be a good thing to be recognised for (for SK07).
I'm a firm believer that there is no such thing as impossible :]
 
Only kidding bud, it's a good attitude to have :)

I'm trying to get my big three up after not focusing on them for nearly a year- quite in enjoying it.
