Eduardo to make full recovery in 9 months

Yeah the same scenario as Cisse a few years ago. The physio had to pull down his leg as the bone had blocked an artery preventing blood getting to the lower part of his leg and foot.

I'm not sure if that was against Arsenal and Gary Lewin was there too.

Gary Lewin is a legend - he's track record I believe shows him to be extremely competant :)

Unbelievably though - now Aliadere's punishment is going to be one more match than Taylors. Makes me sick and feel quite kicky punchy.

Glad to hear that hes on the road to recovery...im hoping that he will still be as good as hes meant to be.

Seeing that injury and seeing images of it still send shivers down my spine:(.

Why?

Taylor will serve a 3 match ban for a late, clumsy tackle.

Aliadiere has had a game added on becuase his club tried to appeal, failed and it was deemed a lost cause so he gets another game added on for wasting time. If Birmingham had appealed they would also have risked losing Taylor for another match.

To sat it makes you sick is a bit ott as there are worse challenges getting yellow cards on a weekly basis.

Ok I do really feel for the guy , I hop ehe makes a good and FULL recovery but come on , we can't feel to sorry for him he's on X amount a week for playing footie and its pressures.
He got injured (very badly) and still been paid the same and getting the best treatment money can buy.

While football is meant to be a working mans sport, how would a typical working class guy get treated on a Sunday afternoon???

Not trolling just putting a point across to try and discuss. They may well be points i've missed and I 'm near enough certain there are ,but just htought i'd chuck another point of view across

Can some other football fan take this one?

Bit too drunk atm...

I'd just like to add that I think it is disgraceful and sickening to learn that some Arsenal fans have sent Taylor death threats. It is a sad reflection of the thuggish minority present in the fan base of a lot the premier league teams, and the London clubs in particular.

Croatian fans - not Arsenal fans as far as I'm aware.

I thought it was Croatians that had sent the death threats.

Do you research next time, heck even read this thread...

If he's back for the new season, that will be superb news for us and about six months earlier than I thought he'd be back, well done Eduardo and the physios.:)

If he's not rushed and he's ready for the new season I'd be very happy. Just shows we have a great team down there in the background too.
