Seems you can get a clamp licence to clamp vehicles on your own property if you are CHARGING a fee for removal. I reckon the £190 licence fee would be worth it as I'd be raking in the cash!

Of course he can't, he doesn't own the land the parking space is on so he can't go building things or installing things in it.

Correct, he cannot clamp anyway as he doesnt have a clamping license.

I meant he couldn't obtain one if he wanted because it isn't technically his land.

I would argue against you since I was born there, but when I went back up there to visit relatives the other weekend I have to agree with you

(slightly) Interesting Fact, the Dun Cow was once given to a relative of mine (years and yeas ago) as a present for his rowing skills. He used to row across the Tyne and up and down the country.

Rent was £550/month, nearest Metro is Gateshead but it was a ten minute walk to Central Station...And buses stop every 10 minutes going to Newcastle.

Was that for a 2 bedroom appartment? Views? Nice finish? Got any links to possible estate agents etc etc?
