Is it possible this will interfere with the game? I don't think I'll be getting it if it does. I've got an 8800 and can't be bothered taking that foil off and putting it on again just for one game.

Had a few games online and really enjoyed them, you definitely need to work in groups to get the best from it.

Single player campaign is also quite good, but you really have to play on hardcore so its a challenge.

Just wish i could force AA with nHancer but the damn thing won't work, anyone any tips ?

I hope so, if it had issues.
I don't think a game should be released in the first place, if it has game-breaking bugs that require such a patch, but I'd rather see it fixed soon than wait around for months being unable to play/enjoy the game.

Release schedules can be a complete bitch.

Granted it is a culmative one.. but over 500MB?

Would rather a patch than none at all.

At least they are listening to the community. Bodes well for the future.

Also, as this is a new IP... your not going to buy others if this one is pap with no developer support.

played a few rounds and its good fun, different game to battlefield and too early to judge

i'll take it you have the game installed ? if so did you do the basics of creating a shortcut on the desktop >Frontlines-Fuel of War\Binaries\FFOW.exe - ensure its disc 2 in the drive also

believe it or not that has worked for some peeps

installed,updated and seems pretty good,drones are funwierd thing is at my usual resolution 1680x1050 the frame rate is a joke (slide show)at a res of 1440x900 its great,only prob is that res looks poo on a 22"

Thats strange as i'm running everything @ 1900 x 1200 on the highest settings apart from the foliage setting on the lowest as it's bugged & causes stuttering with 8800 series cards with the following.

Q6600 GO @ 3.2ghz
8800 GTX
8GB Gskill 8500
Vista 64
