Is there an offcial thread for OCing E8400?

I got one a couple of days ago, running 4.32GHz with 1.48v fine. But checked out some forums and those people are saying many E8400/8500 died on such a high volt. So I turn down to 4.1GHz with 1.38v, never got stable.
Anyone here got the experience to share? Thanks in advance!
By the way, my board is Neo2 FR from MSI, RAM is Crucial Ballistix PC8500. Cheers!
