Lost the Video Game

Wait... Have I just lost the game? :(

I think it's meant to be xome sort of adventure game sort of like Myst: Uru rather than an rpg or anything else so I can imagine lots of running from Black clouds and polar bears.

The other thing is they haven't got all the original actors to provide the voices. This to me is a major fault of a game based on a show (Think Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force without Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine for those who don't know)) as it just ruins the immersion. Average graphics I can live with but some rubbish voice actor standing in for some of the more prominent characters is just wrong.

Resurection, Got in tonight to find my copy here, so far installing and my god the install music is awesome. soo touching :) will have a play and hopefully it will be good.

Edit: Graphics are good for what it is, story so far aint to bad, music is orchestral very good. Voice acting is a bit dodgy, some sound okay others eg locke are miles off. So far the puzzles are hard enough to make you think.
quite good but need to see where it goes...

how about instead of assuming it's just bad. You actually get it, or read some reviews. It actually isnt bad, so far been playing it a good few hours with decent puzzles and decent graphics for a tv tie in game. Gameplay mechanics are smooth and the cut scenes and music are really good.

If i were able to play one game derived from a tv series then it would have to be Heroes.

Just based on the first series though as the second was a let down. Thankfully the writers strike is over and i am hoping that they can get the next lot out for the end of the year.

A Heroes videogame is being made where you'll get to play each of the main characters (or so I believe). Tim Kring is suppose to be a proper gamer himself, and said he won't let the game be a simple cash-in. We'll have to wait and see.
