My mate gave me a water cooling Pump is it any good ?

Hi very kind mate of mine gave me a Pump all it says on it is Laing D4basic-30/810NX

Is this the 18w Version sold on here ??

Any way will it be good anuff for just cooling my CPU and nothing else ?

The Laing D4 Basic is

Rated voltage: 12 V DC direct current
Power input: 17 W

Will be fine for cooling your cpu

D4 is basically not as good as the D5, known to have a noticeable hum, doesn't have the variable speed control and if I remember correctly isn't as powerful as D5.

It'll be a perfectly ok pump though for any setup.

It is not a DDC pump by the way.
