Left 4 Dead - PC

I hope they fix it so you can see other peoples torches and not just some strange misty effect coming from them like it is currently. But from all the trailers Ive seen it doesnt look like they will.

Depends which Zombie mod as there are quite a few built on the Steam Engine. Essentially it's a squad based shooter. Given the supposed length of the game (i.e. pretty short) it is taking a while to come out

I'm the same. I haven't checked this out yet cause I know I will probably only find things to dislike about it. The speed of the human players never bothered me at first, but they look far to fast for me. Those kinda things.

Still, with all the amazing impressions and my blind faith in Valvle, I await it with bated breath.

You mean so they all cast shadows? I imagine that would be quite taxing.
 
I heard news of a game where in the mulitiplayer, x amount of players are the survivors and x are the zombies- is that refering to this game?

It looks like it might be fun, but I hope there is more to it than meets the eye because at present it kind of looks a bit 'house of the dead arcade' :p

We'll see :)
 
that looks awesome. the flood of zombies coming down that hallway is immense!!! absolute carnage. it would be a great laugh with a few mates.
