The finished product looks strangely like some kind of infecton-ridden, yet deliriously happy, Cyclops.

Not really into the presentation of the food, stacking it up like that would have me feeling i'm in a game of Kerplunk. Just fan it out on the plate with a dollop of the sauce on the side. And is that all there is? I'm not a huge bloke but i could polish that of in no time, doesn't look too substantial. After aday at work I would be less than happy at being served that, hopefully we had a starter and dessert.

The presentation is 180% too gay. Leave the meat whole, halve it at a push, throw meat, apple, BP on a plate, splodge apple sauce next to it. Then you don't have to dismantle it before you eat it.
Looks mega otherwise.

Scottish style for the win, and I can eat a huge black pudding out the chippie but I don't think I could eat those slices. I'd have to pick the cubes of fat out.

Why anyone would want to eat it with congealed blood is beyond me.

Tonight masterpiece, is I've combined a tomato microwave pasta, with a bolognese one.

Luckily I took the first bite too quickly, and now, my taste buds are seared off, so it tastes tingly.

they were doing that stupid smearing of sauce thing on Masterchef the other day. I thought it looked ridiculous then and that was crazy fancy food; not pork, black pudding and apple.
