I'd like to think with age we all become more considerate and safe drivers, however when your young you do dumb things and looking back some of them were not only dangerous, many were just plain pathetic.

Here's a list of some of mine that stick out in my mind -

- Wheelied past an entire scooter rally convoy of about 100 vespas on a 01 R1 at over 130, scared me, scared them, dam stupid.

- During fuel blockades got stuck behind rolling lorry protest on dual carriageway. On getting to front of queue lorrys closed up the gaps to stop me getting through so I stopped, lit up back tyre and smoked out several hundred people including lorrys with rear tyre. must have looked a right plank, but the lorrys then parted to let me go lol

- Speed testing Hayabusa to 197 indicated on local dual carriageway.. fun at the time but your really putting your life and others at risk at this speed on the road. (try rolling into a 30 zone after doing this, you may as well get off and walk)

- Spending a whole day on local road full of 'humps' making wheelie videos. Nice idea but I'm sure it was not safe to be doing this as all the humps were blind crests and roads full of holiday makers.

- Numerous 'races' on the road that cause such adrenalin overdose your just a plain danger to everyone around you. Including racing 'the jun lemon' skyline on a ZX12 and a old Testarossa which got overtaken on wheel at over 140 (the guy driving this gave a big thumbs up out of window, he was happy, but most likely relieved I didn't fall off.. kill him, me and other members of the public)

- Agreeing to be passenger in a Ferrari 360CS and being taken on a B road nightmare that lasted 20mins and took me to the very edge of my life. Driver was trying to impress me, I just should have got out and walked home rather than having a long chat with God about whether it was my time to go. :D

- Taking my brother to 170 pillion on busa, little did I know that when I ducked down as we sped up he got full force of wind in chest (he was hanging on just grab rails). I couldn't hear him screaming and when we stopped he was white as a sheet... apparently another 5secs and he would have fallen off back. In my defence he did say 'open her up', but I almost killed him and am NEVER gonna ride like that again two up. :(

I'm not proud of the above, they show if anything how a immature rider / driver can be when young.. I'm now a old git and drive quite carefully as I value my life and others around me.

Fess up dudes.. you know you need to get it off your chest. Maybe your god , whoever he is will forgive you. :D

disclaimer: no children were hurt in the above and all mentioned within this post is fictional for entertainment purposes only :p

Nah... I'd rather not incriminate myself :p Especially considering there seems to be more cops policing the 'net, Youtube etc than walking the beat these days...

Spending my early teens hooning around country lanes in the middle of the night. Not big, not clever, downright ****ing stupid and dangerous.

I've done four times the speed limit before, probably wasn't my smartest idea even though the limit was retarded...

Pushing the ragged edge in small cars all the time when I was younger probably should go here too.

i've been passanger in a r32 at 140 mph on an A road in newbury, been pillion on a bike doing a wheelie down a hill. got 107 out of my 106 1 litre on the motorway [not gps indicated] but then it died so a hot death :(

Loads I could mention, but probably the worst one in recent-ish times is this:

I was in my RX7 driving back from a meet, I was on the m/way with a few other cars from the meet and decided to have a play with a 400bhp Skyline. We were side-by-side (me in the middle lane, him in the outside lane) and we gunned it. He had the edge at first, then as the revs and speed climbed I pulled it back and was edging infront of him. There was a Landrover up ahead in my lane getting closer and closer, but at this point I was nearly infront of the Skyline and was commited, so I just kept my foot in, hoping I would get past the Skyline in time.

At the very last second I just hoped I was past the Skyline enough and dived into his lane, literally feet from the back of the Landy. I looked in my mirror and the Skyline must have been inches from my rear end.

I looked down at the speedo and it was nudging 175. I had just squeezed between a Landrover and a Skyline with inches to spare whilst doing 170+.

What an absolute tool :(

Mr Skyline is almost as much of a tool for not backing off when he saw what was inevitably going to happen

Foolishly booted it in the rain at some cross roads, nearly lost control and ended up on the wrong side of the road, luckily I managed to control it and have been cautious ever since!

I had only been driving for a month and didn't really know what to do at the time so i booted it some more :D

FWD?

I'd just supercharged the mazda, was still getting used to it and i was going to work one morning it was damp and cold, pulled away from a set of traffic lights and the road dips down then up hill to the right, gave it some more power in 2nd, as i turned up the hill and to the right the backend came out, went sideways down the road front end over the other side of the road kept in the power and pulled it back round after quite a distance.

Was a fun fun morning :p

Yeah,

i was turning left at the crossroads and it all went nipples up from there.

Not many really, doing 41 in a 30 mph driving in a bus lane undertaking when I was late for work and got let off by the police.

I don't want to risk my car or life on the road, glad rally because a lot of people do it and get led into a false sense of security and end up crashing.

I used to do the same quite a few times from Newcastle - Kielder in the middle of the night, if we had crashed we would have been buggered, the roads were dead.

A339, a34, a4 perhaps?

I told of my moment of stupidity on here a while ago. Result - court/6points and a hefty fine.

How did you not hit the Landy if you pulled in feet from his bumper doing twice his speed?

I read that he was coming up behind the landy in his lane, and had to get infront of the skyline to avoid smashing into the landy
