What if someone made a request under the Data Protection Act?
EDIT: Not that I really care or have any problems with the modding of the boards (I did seem to get suspended once for no reason told to me but that could just as easily have been a bug etc) but wouldn't any information held by you on an individual be covered? Especially considering the connection of this website to the business.

I'm getting annoyed now. I left this open because I thought it would be beneficial to people. If the very people i thought it might be beneficial for want to take the **** then it goes.

Seriously I agree with the OP swearing should be stamped out I've swore and been suspended for 48 hours (without warning I may add). So I think everyone should get the same treatment.
However there are some words I don't think need blanks like the P word which means being really drunk. Not really a swear word in my book.

Seriously I have no issues with the way the boards are moderated (the fact that they are actually moderated is a plus in my mind). The Data Protection Act question just popped into my head while reading the thread.
Everyone does get the same treatment. Some words are more offensive than others. The same words get the same treatment.
You've been suspended 3 times for swearing.
However it is in someone else's, so this doesn't really matter.
That wasn't aimed at any one person, I've removed several posts from this thread now.

if you see something you think is against the rules, just click the:
button at the side of the post to report it, its up to the mods/admins what is against the rules and what isnt.

So if it was a first offence are you not supposed to be banned, or was I just banned for the words I used? As I'm sure mine was a first offence.
