Football **Spoilers** March 1st/2nd

I don't think it's wise to write off Arsenal so soon, especially with Rosicky and RvP close to fitness, especially Rosicky - he's exactly what Arsenal have been missing and I think as soon as he gets back then things will change.

I wasn't aware anyone was. I do think there is an element of strain, but this whole 'doing it with a team of people who haven't done it before is hard' lark is nonsense, we did it last season.

Whilst Man Utd fans obviously want us to win the league, I think the vast majority would want Arsenal to win it if we didn't, especially over the likes of Liverpool or Chelsea.

Either way, it's a cracking title race, but Man Utd should have had this over and done with by now.

Because I like them more than Arsenal

There is no rivalry between United and Chelsea, there is between United and Arsenal.

Nobody has directly said Arsenal are out of it, but I think the general feeling is that Man Utd are going to finish out on top, as I'm sure you'll hasten to admit :).

I personally think Man Utd and Arsenal will beat Chelsea, rendering them obsolete in the race for 1st, and that the next fortnight is massive for Arsenal. If they can pick their heads up and get their asses in gear, win the next few games, then I predict it to be extremely close right until the last day.

So basically, Arsenal need to get out of this terrible spell if we want an exciting finish!

The way the form is at the moment Man U certainly look favourites. I just hope we can get a morale boosting win inItaly on tuesday or the slump may continue :(.

The one benefit Arsenal have is getting an EPL match done this weekend (while Chelsea and Man Utd play in the FA Cup)-away to Wigan - should be a reasonable 3 points , which while only psychological will increase the gap again

Aye thats a shame its worked out like that. Just as we're creeping up behind them we miss a game

Ah well, Bolton game is now on the 19th so we'll be one point behind them after that with any luck, or maybe ahead :)

What's all this about Tim Cahill and his goal celebration yesterday against Pompey?

I heard a little about it on SSN but didn't catch the whole story?

He celebrated mimmicking his hands being hand-cuffed as a celebration to his brother who has been jailed for 4/6 years.

I don't see anything wrong with it personally.

Cahill is a ***,why celebrate like that, when your brother partially blinds someone. Not something I would be proud off, mind you he is a Aussi, convicts the lot of em:p

Its called supporting a member of your family - Cahill never said what his brother did was good or anything - just that he was thinking of him

As Nok said, nothing wrong with it at all

(after all nothing really obvious you can do in the 30 seconds you get to do a celebration in that situation)

Heh, was looking through images of the Fulham vs Utd game, and found one that i was in .

Above Nani's left (our right) shoulder, with my dad on the other side. Hehe.

Lucky Frank got his red card recinded

Wonder whether the FA can recind for the original offence but re-apply it for the kicks etc that wherent seen (unlikely I know but probably deserved)

Regardless, a football match isnt the place to show support to such people, regardless of if they are a relation or not.

If its somewhere to celebrate a new born baby - I cant see why its not somewhere to show support for your family in other circumstances either
