SPL Season 2007/2008 Thread **Spoilers**

Polished performance again yesterday from the Rangers against a St Mirren side that were on a decent run and were really fired up for it.

Boyd missed 3 chances and scored possibly the hardest chance.

Great to see Whittaker get man of the match playing out of his natural position. Bodes well.

Just saw Stephen McManus` tackle and it was quite horrendous. McManus is someone i have a lot of time for but that tackle was a disgrace. He certainly won`t be proud of that.

It certainly doesnt but i just cant see where Celtics form is going to come from. Of course anything could happen but i dont see Rangers slipping up much.

Celtics form seems to have returned - 8 wins on the trot now I think but you are right, can't see Rangers slipping up much - looks like it'll take the three remaining old firm games to decide the championship this year?

Kilmarnock 0-2 Rangers
Hibernian 3-1 Aberdeen
Celtic 3-0 Hearts
Falkirk 4-0 St Mirren
Gretna 1-3 Motherwell
Inverness 1-1 Dundee United

Cracking game at the Leith San Siro this afternoon. Real end to end football in the second half.

This thread seems to be dying a death but todays results are:

Falkirk 0-0 Motherwell
Gretna p-p Dundee United (postponed due to waterlogged pitch)
Hibernian 0-2 Celtic
Inverness 0-3 Hearts
Kilmarnock 1-0 St Mirren
Rangers 3-1 Aberdeen

Pleased to see Hearts win again, Hibs lost and Dundee Utd didn't play - do days get any better? :D

I felt we were a little unlucky today, any other time we might have at least shared the points. Encouraging to see Motherwell fail to score which opens up the race for third place a bit. Do you think Hearts will be challenging during the run in? :p

Since when has being horsed four-nil by Rangers qualified as a decent result? :D

Err err err.... well everyone has offdays and those in glass houses..... :p

I was actually thinking about the wins before that but true enough, it was a pretty rubbish result and Hearts should always be aiming for better.

Was at the Rangers game today, not bad, but again started with Boyd up front on his own and he's a lazy ****, he can score goals, but i dislike him. Davis played good, hope to maybe see him stay for next season and couple of good goals today by Daily and Adam.

Well done the Celts. Another three points picked against a team who are playing well. It looks like we are finally finding form again, just in time for the run-in. I was very surprised at Boruc's booking today which stinks of double standards and nobody puts it better than Strachan - "I've recently seen people going into the crowd and not getting booked, tell us the rules and I will tell the players."

Thats right "Everyone out to get them"

Remember Harrods are gonna sponsor celtc next season. Al Fayed says they are the only people more paranoid than he is.

Hmmm McMav, just how many penalties have Rankgers been awarded compared to Celtic? Don't try and make out that yours is a more attacking side as Celtic have scored one goal more.

For the love of god, please drop the paranoia.

Who`s out to get you now?....The referees?, the SFA?, the SPL?....who is it this time?

Seriously, give us peace with this nonsense once and for all and attempt to rise above it.
