So what are the best horror games for the 360 (or original xbox if compatible with 360)?

I have the suffering... but thats it.

haha, I was actually going to come back and add a few more, Dead rising and The Darkness being them.

I wouldn't say Dead Rising was scary, if that's what you are looking for, But Condemned has some jumpy moments, as does the darkness.

But condemned is Eerie through out

I believe FEAR also has some crap yourself moments from what I remember.

Alone in the dark and resi 5 are coming out as well some time.

Condemned without a shadow of a doubt and Condemned 2 looks like it will be even scarier!

Have played condemned on PC, as well as F.E.A.R + Extraction point.

Tried Dead Rising, but found it annoying - the having to repeat like 20 mins of running from point a to point b cause of lack of save points.

The Darkness is not unappealing.

What about Silent Hill 4?

The Darkness is awesome but not very scary really, Condemned is very "on the edge of your seat" type stuff, very atmospheric.

FEAR is not, i repeat not a scary game, not even 1 slight jerk whilst i was playing it, yet condemed is freaky, you will be on the edge.

Resident evil 5 is also a must if you are into scary games. (when it comes out)
