Hi there, as topic title really. I've just bought the ocuk PVA panel :)

Thing is I bought a cheapy 22 inch pants LCD from somewhere else a few months back and was quite "wowed" by that but am pretty used to it now and doesn't really impress me that much.

I'm kinda curious to hear what you peeps who were going from 22 -> 24 inches thought?

Is the difference really noticeable and in your face, or is it, "just abit more room to have stuff open"?

Also for games, just curious if I'll be pleasently astounded by the size?

Is it a similar feel going from a 19inch square monitor to a 22inch,or not as much?

Thanks :)

I went from the Samsung 226BW to the OcUK 24" monitor, and it's pretty big! You'll be surprised how light the 24" monitor is!!

Going from a 22" to 24" just gave me a bit more 'digital elbow room' :P It seems big for a day or two, but then you get used to it again. It's great for watching films from far away though. ;)

Cheers pal, interesting little thing that :)

Hmm, didn't realise that a widescreen 22 inch monitor is the same height as a normal 19 inch one.....

I had a Samsung 226BW (s panel), and good as it was, going to the 24" OcUK Value monitor gave quite an improvement....the OcUK 24" Value monitor really is great value for the money...:)

Well got the ocuk one today, but uhhh don't think its a PVA LCD by the looks of things, although the size is nice

What about the difference between a 19inch WS to 20inch WS?

I imagine the screen isnt hugely bigger, but it supports a better res than my 19inch WS, anyone any thoughts about this?
Oh yeh it will be going from a Belinea 19inch WS, to a Sammy 20inch WS.
