Cost of BMW oil service

Have 2k left before its needed.

Whats the best time to do it?

How many miles shall I leave it til?

What price from a BMW garage?

What would I expect to pay for independant with stamp?

seem to recall fox saying its cheaper to buy the oil from the BMW dealers for £50 ( i think?) and do it yourself

even cheaper still if you can get the same oil from costco or whever too.

Here's an idea, leave it until your OBC tells you it needs doing...

Prices vary hugely depending on where you are, inside the M25 labour rates are huge compared to here for example.

Of course it doesnt, as you pay the same labour charge irrespective of who supplies the oil.

Yes.

Its a BMW approved used car and has FBMWSH.

The warranty runs out in May.

Come to think of it I may just buy the oil myself...

You need BMW LL01 - Castrol Edge TD 0w30 should be sufficient.
