They're Scottish, they are excused. They use it more then us and have a slightly different education system.
On the subject of annoying young girls, my sister is turning into a teenager and as annoying as can be
I added a friend about a month ago.. and had a pop-up when I closed the window, stating that "message history for <friend> is full, please delete or create a new folder".

really? jesus i was up to 16archives over the space of about 3years with my best mate, and we talked a lot on phone and texted etc, aswell as did most together.. mostly random drivel
I racked up quite a few with girls, but my lady friends are a lot more short term than friends.
One of reasons girls spout so much is because they feel the need to with boys, yet they dont realise it often scares lads off.. my closest female friends dont chat to me all that much, because they know that me, as a lad, will become uninterested and talk smack till they ignore me. Usually inclusive of sexism, racism, mother/sister jokes, vivid descriptive views on certain human anatomy and situations..
