Nah, I read it on the BBC earlier, but didnt think it worthy of a thread until we know more.

Ah right, well I thought it was worth a thread as there are plenty of other thread that aren't worthy of a presence here.... it's GD after all!

"We are gonna die, what you going to do?"

"Favourite soup"

"Skinny jeans on men"

Few examples from GD first page... but we are splitting hairs. Surely creating a thread at the start and then adding to it as it progresses is the whole point?

Much like the madaline thread, at first it was just "a missing girl", which then became a HUGE worldwide search and controversy.

/rant over and will check with you before I post a new thread just it case it isn't worth/informative enough and expect the same comments from you in the threads stated above!

Why are the first few replies in most threads, reviewing and analysing how appropriate the thread itself is to the section.

If anything, I'd say that this thread is a lot more appropriate and actually worthy of being in existence than the vast majority of threads in this section.

Thank you Naffa. I think after spending about 3/4 hours price evaluating people's cars for them with my subscription over in motors is an example of how "worthy" my threads are and justify's their consistant nature/intent.... to inform, help or request help... I am pretty sure that I have avoided creating threads like "rate my beans on toast" or "save baby jebus" etc.

Anyways, enough of this. Terrorist? Suicide bomber? whats your guess?

Please do, my email is in trust and I expect to hear from you in future before you post.

Thread RTM'd and we'll say no more about it.

My bet is on lone dissident, if terrorists wanted to blow it up they'd use more than a small incendiary device thrown off the back of a bicycle.

It's a bit of a crap attempt really, i'm sure most of us could do better if we really tried with a bit of common sense.

It could be the same lot that "attacked" Glasgow airport. Setting fire to yourself and driving into a door wasn't the height of terror activity after all. AQ seem to be really scraping the barrel for their terrorists of late :)

Bit difficult for them to keep hold of their best bombers though, isn't it :p

Disgruntled American that wasn't allowed to enlist, for whatever reason. Or someone that opposes the fighting in the middle east, be it American or otherwise.

Cheers for posting by the way Booner, some of us don't have TVs and don't, want to bother trawling the BBC etc. for news. :)

I doubt it's a terrorist attack. Despite all the nonsense we're fed through the media, it just doesn't really seem like one.
