MILLIONS face water rationing!!!!!!

Its only from the Depress, a paper that seems to have cornered the market in doom and gloom reporting.

My thoughts exactly

They only care about some dead princess, a kid murdered by her parents in Portugal or the death of all of us for breathing air.

I reckon if someone let the Express read the "Di-hydrogen Monoxide" websites, they would probably take it as true and print it on the front page

Reporting that we're going to have water rationing, with no source.

Then in the same article, saying we're not, and everything is fine, with a source.

Nice try, Daily Express.

The latter. Moved to the UK four years ago; going back home in January 2009, with my English wife.

:)

Damn you upsidedown people, coming here and stealing our women! :p

I ignore these water things, as during the summer months I'm normally at home, in the South West, where we don't get sun. :p

There's probably a shortage due to the high intensity rainfall we have, which just runs off the land into rivers, and back to the sea. It's not as common as we need to have low intensity rainfall over a long period of time. This is what recharges our water systems.

Stop building houses. The water network can't handle it.

if they stop building houses then prices of houses will just skyrocket

to be fair i bet most people in this thread (including me) waste LOADS of water anyway. watering gardens with fresh water , leaving taps on etc
