Try calling that number, chances are it's not related but you never know.

Maybe its the name thats ironic, you hand over your pc they sell it on to buy a fix or two.

Hope you get sorted but if its scumbag scammers bad luck op.

How do you think he broke it in the first place ;)

Good call on the whois but I don't think the registrar is key here, it is the date.

Updated Date: 16-oct-2007
Creation Date: 16-oct-2007Seems fairly new, who referred/how did you find them? Possibly it will be ok but I would go down in person (and have 999 on speed dial ;))

Just got back from some errands, I rang them on the fly again at "closing time" (according to aforementioned receptionist) and again no reply. I'm really starting to get worried now, I had a **** february and I really want this month to be better ffs... :(

I had to send it off as I'm pretty certain that when the PSU blew - it took out most parts with it. I replaced the MB and PSU but it wasn't powering up at all, and I couldn't work out why this was happening.

I'd run out of money to buy other components to test what else could have been wrong - and nobody I knew in person has DDR2 RAM or an AM2 chip etc. So I thought that by sending it off and letting somebody else test it with a multimeter (is it?) to see what's dead and what's not.

If it has *gone*, then I hope to god they've got a case that's almost filled with buggered components. ****ing *******'s. *

*That's not a sweary right? According to that thread the other day.

See my link to my thread :) People did try - but as said below I ran out of components to try and test things further so it had to go to a shop :/

Don't bother ringing, go round to the Unit and if you still have no luck go to the police station across the road.

Good luck
