Some guy that works in our IT Support Team has just sent this e-mail to everyone in my Company - I swear to God this is not a wind up!

*****

Friends & Colleagues, Those of you who don't know me may like to stop reading now. Those that do know me may have noticed some changes over the past months.

The time has now come for even more changes, more than just cosmetic, to manifest themselves.

(And before you ask, no, I'm not leaving)

I am taking the next steps toward becoming the person I believe I have always been. When I come into the Office on Monday morning, it will be as Suzi.

I'm sure you'll find Suzi to be just as knowledgeable and helpful as I've always been, and she's looking forward to continuing the same working relationship with you all. As and when you see me in and around Elm House or ITN, do say hello; it is still me, after all.

I'm sure I can count on your support.

From Monday, my email address will be ,and my telephone number remains unchanged.I can also be contacted via the Service Desk as normal.

Oh, and I still intend being on the winning team at the Quiz!

Tim

Not so much a Rebranding Exercise........................More a Life-affirming Change.

Two choices.
Ridicule them & Laugh heavily at there expence or
Be Boring & Support them.
I've made my choice so post some pics so i can get on with it :D

Awesome. Always fancied a bit of chick with...

Alas, probably just coming into work in a frock though.

Id be careful about the laughing part in these days of political correctness. Depending on the company you find yourself in hot water for "discrimination" and suchlike.

I wish that happened in my place. Would be funny to see a man coming in fancy dress everyday.

I can't help thinking of little Britian whenever I read about men pretending to be women.

Taking the mick would be unprofessional but I cannot help thinking this sort of thing is a bit dodgy.

Did you know that if its causing you to be 'depressed' being a guy, the NHS will pay the 5 figure sum for the operations involved?

Its actually quite uncomfortable for a while (someone here did it a while back) you kinda get used to it though.. still anyone pretending to be the opposite sex and hoping not to get some interest is going to be dissapointed.

Personally it doesn't bother me particularly, I find it odd and hard to get my head around but thats why we all have different opinions and perspectives on life imo.

My advice, if you have dealings with this person, is to try and act normally around them and maintain eye contact, though I would also say don't feel bad if you cant for a while as it genuinely is an unusual thing!
