Had a guy did that where i used to work a few years ago.

One day he was Nick, the next day he was "Nicky Louise" coming to work in a red wig and dressing like a tart.
You have the women coming to work in nice smart sensible clothes, then you have nick the tranny turning up looking like he should be turning tricks rather than driving a van.
 
someone in my gf's work did this, they all got warned about making fun of him/her when they returned as it could be regarded as bullying and prejudice. They were also told that she/he will be using the womens toilet now and to make sure you call her by her new name.
 
I can only hope he/she/it is as convincing as Kate Phizackerley, lest there be much guffawing and lolering.

ROFL. I spat my water out laughing at this.
 
Same thing happened in the engineering firm i work for....One day a guy we all knew as Jim came in and declared he was now Shona and was going to go through some "changes" in the coming months......

3 months off work, many operations and several hundred pills later.....We had Shona....It's extremely unnerving at first....The voice she has freaks me out.....To strangers they don't notice, so job done by the surgeons.....She constantly has her overall buttons undone, often showing off her bra and midriff.....Which is just WRONG and often wears her hair down around machinery but bosses are that afraid to say boo to her in case she screams to the HR Dept......She gets away with murder.....Oh well, C'est la vie :/
 
Don't worry one day she'll get her hair caught in a machine and have a scalp ripped off.



*weird side note, but everyone quickly switches over to using she without thinking, hmm.
