And was it new or secondhand ??

£126.95 for a Connect3D ATI Radeon X1800 XT 256MB (shipping would have been on top of that, not sure about VAT). That was way back in mid-August 2006.

Had to RMA it last summer and got a 1900XT as a warranty replacement, and it's been going well ever since. Have considered bumping up to an 8800GT or GTS but there's no point at the moment; I've got too much work to do.

Any idea when the geforce3 was launched ?? (as that was my first Nvidia card after 3Dfx disappeared...)
I think it was an geforce 3 4400

EDIT: Looks like it was a Geforce4 4400 i owned..(not a 3)

Just incase you still wanna know about GF-3, I had a bought PC I got it around end of FEB 2001, and the GF-3 was announced 1-2months after that.

It did not sell well as of cost, so they made a cut down version cheaper called it the G-Force 3 TI 200, then did the opposite and made a higher spec/dearer version and called it the G-Force 3 TI 500 lol.

The G-Force 2 GTS Ultra still had higher Clock Speeds than all the above 3 Models but obv older gen so not as fast.
