Mass Effect DLC is out!

Darn it. I've been waiting for some cheap point cards to arrive but can't wait for this so I've bought 500 points for £4.25.

Did you never get the Krogan battlemaster armour man?! Its the best in the game, a Krogan warlord had it on virmire for me, its basically grey with luminous blue bits and its better than the collosus! :D

Im downloading this now although I'm not really anticipating anything :p

Yep the Mako is rubbish, I got so sick of going round and round trying to take out turrets with that piece of crap.

I did manage to get the armour but never checked it out as I thought it would be pooh. Guess I'll keep that in mind the next time I play!

I never got that armor on my first run through, although I didn't use Wrex much in the end anyway. I will on my next run to get the Krogan ally though.
 
The new mission is highlighted on the System map in the Normandy - so you will need to be at a point where you still have access to that feature. Suffice to say that if your last save is at the point where you're fighting Saren/Sovereign, then you'll have to finish that off and re-start your career from the menu screen again - which does retain your char level/equipment.

Neither did I - I think you have to be a level 60. It was literally on my like 7th play through where I got it and I was amazed that it was better than colossus - it looks so awesome too, Ill take a pic sometime if I get the time :p

Also who saved those prisoners and who killed the dude? I saved them and it seemed like the other option would have been better

Overall I don't think it was worth the 4 quid I spent on it, It just seemed like a larger assignment :confused:

I saved them too and whilst agreeing I didn't think it was worth the money I did enjoy it.
