My New Car

doesnt look too bad tbh. in the third pic it looks quite smart. :)

of course it wont go down too well on here but your happy and thats the main thing. :)

they dont handle too badly either.

I like the 206, they are a very nice car to drive. Hope you have fun with it m8! (If it was in Black it would be better :P)

Not my sort of thing AT ALL, but i dont agree that it looks like a shed, it looks like a fairly smart example if anything.

Thing I dislike the most about the 206 is that the whole dashboard is just absolutely awful - I had to fix a friends leaky 206CC roof once (I suck at DIY but I rock at liberally applying electrical insulating tape) and the rock hard plastics were just awful.

If you are happy with it thats all that matters but I genuinelly thought you were going to get something that was actually good - you certainly had the money for some really nice cars.

I've been in a few 206's before i bought this one and i always thought them to be a bit "long" if that makes sense? For some reason i liked being inside this one. The material on the doorcardes/glovebox is nice, and the Silver centre console breaks up the dash, its nice having the electronic heater controls too :D

I'm very happy with it :)

So what do you plan to do to this one?

Well it had to be asked :p

It looks alright I have to say, but if you have spent £4k on this as mentioned above, well, you could have done so much better and probably paid for the insurance too! But if you're happy then thats good I suppose.

at least do the front badge properly if your going to leave it debadged

The original (badged) grill is going back in, it currently has slats either side of the Peugeot emblem, which are going to be replaced with the SP mesh (like the lower grill) so theres no point in putting it back in until they arrive!

ScoobyDoo69, nothing at all really. Like i say, the wheels may possibly go in the future for some Peugeot items, always like the 180 alloy wheels, and thats about it.

Fair enough, the 180 rims are rather sexual. Just try not to do too much to this one, because as you say the only thing really worth changing from what I can see are the alloys.

Phil stick some 180 alloys on and leave it, remove the daft cage so you can get your GF's daughter in and the car will serve you well I'd of thought. From what you've told me on MSN it's a nice example. Stick with the subtle styling mods.

Dont think it look to bad, certainly doesnt look a mass fo fibreglass.

Thats said id rather have gone for a mint PH3 306 for 1/2 of the budget.

I think actually shed is a bit harsh, it's clearly not a shed but neither is it a very good car nor a good use of your budget.

Ah well, done now :p

Certainly not where my 4k would have gone, but it does look quite nice. I even like the wheels, they work quite well.

But just...........LOLageddon at the 'show cage'. I mean what sort of crack was the person who came up with that one smoking?

It's on the same level as fake dumpvalves. Infact no, it's worse.

..awaits fake carbon comment :o
