He's going to live on a council estate and die of lung cancer or liver dysfunction, or hopefully get stabbed.
Either way, he's going to die horribly so take no notice.
When I worked at tescos a long time ago if I ever got an abusive customer I just wound them up even more, because they don't have a leg to stand on anyway. I had someone once say they were going to set fire to me because I refused them alcohol. I just laughed in their face (he looked about 12), told them to try it and then got my supervisor to call security.
