Must be a great club with a nice atmosphere. Must be Central. The furthest east we're (me and a few mates) willing to go is Mile End, and furthest south is probably as far as Elephant.

We're always going Minsitry so that's a no! Purple E3 is a no too.

Anything with different rooms would be nice! Also, any important events like guest DJs this saturday would be an added bonus.

How is Turnmills? Any good?
Dress code: Not too keen with trousers and shirt, would rather Jeans and Shirt.

Also, uni student ID would need to be acceptable as a form of ID as we're all uni students :p So that's probably given me another thing to say that must be 18+ (some are 21+)

Thanks a lot

I'd have thought most clubs in london wouldn't accept uni ID as form of ID. Atleast, in Nottingham most clubs only accept Drivers License+Passport as ID.

Oh, didn't read that bit. Uni student ID shouldn't be accepted anywhere. You'll need proper ID. Why does you being a student lead you only have student ID as ID? I take my passport on nights out.

theres only 2 options as far as im concerned and thats fabric or the end

check the dates you plan to go on there sites and see whats on

I take my passport on nights out.

I wouldn't

though when I was 17 I carried around a doctored 'photocopy' of my passport - worked a treat as my argument was I don't have any other ID and what sort of loon would take their passport out on the ****

(this was a few years back - pre-photoshop etc...)

Went to Turnmills on Saturday - Smartie Party, I guess I should have guessed from the title but it definitely wasn't my scene!
Really grim as well - cost 20 quid to get in and then 4.50 per vodka 25ml!

the end is pretty poor.. perhaps if you put budget and music we could actually recommend something.. uni id will be accepted nowhere..

Been doing it for three years now, never had any problems...never really lose stuff on nights out though.

I think we're ending up going to On Anon at Picadilly Circus :p

Edit: I've got my drivers licence (is that how you spell it? ) but other people don't even have their provisional! :p

Get there early to

1) Avoid the queue to get in and the £10 door charge

&

2) Make the most of the dirt cheap wine early on in the night.

You didnt guess from the name of the event what it was going to be like.......did you not know that they have taken the blue ones out of the smarties, if thats what you are dissapointed about, hehehe ;)

Im off to Turnmills on Friday 14th, for a bit of Ferry Corsten, Marco-V and others, should be a really good night, cant wait :D

Not sure what the plans are for Saturday 15th but will probably still be partying somewhere ;)

Sarurday 22nd has sold-out from what i hear (the last saturday gig), the lineup is awesome though, wouldnt of minded going to that one, but i doubt very much that there will be any tickets on the door due to the demand.

I've been going to Volstead on saturday lately. Nice little place.

What sort of place are you looking for? What are your priorities?

Places where music is the priority tend to be more of a sausage fest.
The places in central London like OnAnon tend to be tourist traps. Can be expensive, wrong sort of crowd sometimes. (old women on hen nights :o)
Mayfair clubs etc can be incredibly pretentious, and expensive to buy drinks in. But lots of nice girls.
