I urge everyone to avoid using this company, if you thought paypal were bad then think again.
Nochex have no phone number, address is hidden all you have to contact is web form and some useless staff so no complaints procedure.
Heres the story I have been using nochex for several years on ebay and some sites and had over 1000 transactions not that many but still a fair amount.
Recently 1 transaction was refunded because there was a chargeback, nochex closed the account however I had no Idea as the email went to spam and In the nochex control panel all it would do is not let me withdraw, yes thats right, at least with paypal you get dispute warning etc. Then one day it would not let me long in - account no longer active.
I had over £500 in the account and they will not let me withdraw it, I have to ask after 90 days have passed. So they keep my money and will charge an account dormant Fee because it is at 90 days.
Having searched on the internet it seems that this is a common occurance for them to keep onto your money and they close many accounts for inactivity etc and charge fees of £5 for every yearly quarter of inactivity.
It is fairly obvious that they will go bankrupt soon as no company would apply hidden charges for customers in this way.
I wonder if there is anything I can do.
