Really amazing little car... I know its basically a panda... but it has a lot of charm. Tested the 1.3 Multijet sport.. great little engine. Lots of torque for such a little engine... you guys tested any new cars recently?

We sat in one last weekend. and we will be test driving one of those on Sunday along with the Panda 4x4. The 500 is really nice.

The only thing that peevs me off with the 500 is that the multijet option is over a grand more than the standard engine. However in the panda, its nowhere near that much of a price hike.

Its the same engine!

Yeah... me and my mum bought the Panda Multijet instead :). 9k Miles, Multijet with 100HP Bodykit... alloys.... for 3850 (part exchange with Seicento for 2k)

What's the ride quality like? And what sized wheels did you drive the car with? Is it true with the bigger wheel combinations it gets a bit crashy like the Mini and Panda 100HP?

They look amazing. The Mrs is trying to drag me into the local dealer to test drive one to replace her Focus.

I shall resist.

They look decent and should be a great town car but would I trust a cheap European car to do say 6 miles or less for a trip from cold, no.

Go jap.

Glad you liked it, but I can't stand them personally. They're girl's cars. THe Panda 100HP is so much better looking :o

The ride quality is very similar to the Panda.... I test drove the Sport Model with the largest wheel size. The road holding, i found, is excellent. The Chassis performs similar to the old Focus...

It's won a lot of commendation in the design world. Not been in one myself but it's not my cup of tea so I probably won't drive one.
