They look ok in my eyes, the main issue I have is that the whites are blown on all of them, the swan in particular has mainly its white back, totally blown out, nice reflection though.
Number 2 would have looked nicer if it was pin sharp, and his neck is partially blown out.
The heron is a nice shot, congrats on getting nice and close to one as they're very flighty, the image itself is very noisey and ruins the background blur, a high pass of targeted noise reduction on the background would improve the image greatly, nice pose but again the back of his neck is a little on the hot side.

lol I knew i'd get flamed but its true, especially in bird photography as a lot of the time the detail is in the feathers, and white birds on dark backgrounds are a nightmare to expose if you leave the camera on defaults.. blah blah... blah
I honestly think it would have looked a lot better down -1 stop
