£200 to spend on a 22" Widescreen Monitor! What's my best option?

Its so bloody hard to pick a monitor these days......

There are lots of good models in the same size and spec, each with + and - which just add's to the headache.......

Look for the HP w2207 (not w2207H) - Comes with DVI and VGA.

Ah but the later models come with the HDMI ports and HDMI to DVI cables are cheap so I'm cool with that

You can get a decent quality HDMI to DVI cable with gold connectors for under the price of that auction site at a well known retailer, just scan a few pages.

I've already ordered one, it was very cheap with 24k gold plated connections

I got the HP w2207h in the New Year. Its very nice. It replaced an Eizo Flexscan T961 so it had to be good. Mine has got an LG panel and no dead pixels. Viewing angles arnt too bad and very little backlight bleed. I prefer the glossy finish and am very happy with it.
