Is it possible to get a quiet Graphic card?

I have just built my first ever PC and the moment it has a 8800GS crd in it but I personally find the noise from the fan so loud that it anoys me.

Could somebody please recomend a card that is either quiet or can have its fan controlled so that it is quiet when not being worked hard?

Just hd a look at the cooler but it does not look like it fits the 8800GS card.
