Why? He's just bought a nice little car with a decently build interior for a small car and you want him to 'strip' it out? Whats the point!? Its a road car!

Interesting story. Was it common to find absolutely brand new cars in 2000 stripped with nitrous? The GTI only came out in late 2000, would be a brave soul to do that much work to something so new..

Nice car. I had one a couple of years ago, great little runners, really surprised me with the cornering ability as VW's are usually lumpy things but this was a joy to drive.

Mine...(I know someone will remember it from up North ;))

I saw one of these the other day. I love them, they just look like a lot of fun. Power isn't everything in my opinion.

no the one that ran about kirkcaldy wasnt stripped,

it was however scraping the floor on big aftermarket rims and looked bloody lovely,


and the strip and more power comment, lighten up Fox, its all just a bit of banter. he really should drop a 1.8T lump in there :) :)
