Quietest 850w PSU?

Lots of great PSU's out there it seems.
Whats the quiestest 850w psu out there? Cant decide, lots have great reviews.

Thanks

Can only comment on the one I run, Cooler Master 850 Modular. Have to put my ear right up to it to hear it! Runs silent, runs cool. Terrific PSU, best I've ever owned. 6 x 12v rails! Future proofed as well, comes with 2 x 8 pin PCI-E connectors as well as 4 x 6 pin. Highly recommended.

I have the 750W Zalman and that is extremely quiet. Just about silent in fact. The 850w version is larger in size (i think it's longer if i remember right) which you might want to take into account.

has to be the antec quattro 850 the one with the yellow racing stripes! very very efficient thinks its something like 85% (very good) and at full load that lil fan inside cannot be heard!! but manages too keep all cool, plus being an antec itl last years!

I have recently had an Enermax one, and have just bought a Corsair 620W Modular one and I can't hear both of them - by far the case fan is far louder.

People on here said that the Corsair range was very quiet - and with my new PSU I agree.

The Zalman's are supposed to be quieter - though as it happens mine is not compatible with *something* in my machine or it was DOA. No idea really. But it's going back :)

Thermaltake toughpower 750w.
Just got this and its quiet as a mouse :)

Total overkill for what is needed but it was cheap as chips 2nd hand

+1.

new yorkfield 2.6ghz, 8800gtx, 8gb of ram, 3.5 tb hdd, vista ultimate 64.
Want to get something a bit future proof for next gen vga.

Im still in 2 minds about the psu. Zalman heatpipe cooled, everyone says its really quiet. Or coolmasters six ground-breaking +12V independent output rails.

I want the quietest psu though, and not sure which one is quieter.
