Expect prices to be high at first whilst retailers cash in on demand. If you really want a GX2 wait two or three weeks for prices to drop and for proper drivers to appear.

nvidia really are trying to milk us of everything they possibly can with this stupid 9800 charade. if you're smart and money isnt a problem, just buy an 8800GTS/GTX or even a 3870X2 and wait for the next gen series.

Get an 8800GTS 512 instead....it'll easily overclock to 9800GTX speeds and beyond!

If the 9800GTX isn't really up to scratch when it hits next week i'll get an X2 as those cards seem to offer good value for money for £260. Its a last resort though as i'll need a new psu to run one of those and I am not sure how well crossfire drivers do on the games I want to play. Also apparently the 9800gtx overclocks like crazy.

because there are those who look at the name of the card and think "wow that must be the best card available" and buy it, without any idea that they're being completely ripped off.

Considering the price the X2 is a bargain. I am very pleased with mine.
