If you mean Crest Whitestrips - yes, they do work.
My teeth were pretty white anyway but they've brought them up probably by a shade. You wear the strips for (if memory serves) 20 mins a day for 10 days or something, the peroxide type stuff in them actually bleaches your teeth. Very popular in the states, not so much over here. Probably why the term "British teeth" will elicit guffaws from our yankee cousins.
AFAIK the home kits you get in the UK won't really whiten your teeth too much as UK regs don't let them contain too much peroxide. Basically you'd have to go to a dentist to get it done properly.
AFAIK the US govt is pretty lax regarding this sort of stuff and will allow stronger concentrations of peroxide in their kits - so one option (if you're brave) could be to order some whitening stuff from America.
Obviously do your own research as there are probably good reasons why the UK don't allow the use of these things - too much LANGUAGE! COULD MESS WITH your teeth a bit I'd assume -(knowing what chav girls are like with sunbeds I'm assuming they also don't want these kits to be used weekly by every council estate slapper in the country.)
Why not just brush your teeth twice a day? It's what I do and my teeth are a perfectly healthy white even though I drink about 15 cups of coffee a day.
I had mine done while travelling round India, seemed to be the done thing and was only a hundred quid for 3 laser sittings and custom made gumshields to do it properly at home too. Teeth were whiter than white and I can top them up whenever necessary.
My teeth are ****ed hard. I've had 2 root canals (both teeth couldn't be saved), more fillings than I can count. I didn't go to the dentist for years because I didn't have one, my mum barely took me as a kid either, i should have had braces but it's too late now.
I'm more interested in keeping them than whitening.
