New Vauxhall Badge

It's not the badge which is the problem - its the hideous grille design with that "-----v-----" which they put on every car which is ugly and unimaginative.

I just looked at at and for some reason started going 'thunder thunder thunder thundercats'

Just me? Oh well :( :p

That'll be being ripped off new Vauxhalls and ending up on Novas and Corsas within a few days of it being released.

Just like the -----v----- was stolen from Vectras for Novas! ;)

I quite like it. There's far worse looking identities out there.

hmmm reminds me of the firefox logo...

I see that too.

Better than the auld one though.

I hated the V-Grille corporate image, just looked so bland.

Irmscher grilles get it right consistently, wonder why GM doesnt follow their lead???!!!. Marketing and aftermarket profits, I suppose.

I guess a new badge is easier than designing cars that are any good

I just knew this thread would not get off the first page before a comment from Fox came in like that.

So the Monaro is a crap car then?

Nope. It's also not a Vauxhall. Every properly decent car Vauxhall have produced in the last 15 years has required them to seek the help of others.

When left to it on their own they consistently release barely average cars like Vectra and Astra. Nothing fundamentally wrong with them but nothing shines either.

Less new badge. More new car.
