well been listening to some of my old electro recently and watching some break dance vids. who is also a fan of b boying.also whats your fav tracks you like listening to.

I'm a regular at the b-boy champs in London every year, but outside of that I don't really listen to the music. It really is a fantastic spectacle though, I'd recommend it to anyone, the crew battles are simply jaw dropping!

I must admit my preference for the dance..

Cant make the champs this year which is disappointing, or the screening of Planet Bboy.. :(

My final year at Soton Uni as President of the Breaking Society too.. :(

Favourite bboy tune, AWOL One - Rhythm..

Loving Renegades of Funk at the mo as played in this vid.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKK2hotBkHI

Not clicked the GooTube link... the PC I'm using has wireless headphones and the wifey is using them to listen to some Japanese rock group whilst doing some ironing... think it'd annoy her somewhat if I clicked that link.

It was a serious question, mate... I've honestly never heard the name before.

Its a term used to refer to male breakdancers or general breakdancing culture.

A female breakdancer can be called a bgirl.

Oui Sir, last 3 years.. looking to get a job in the area with my graduation impending.. but only applying to NDS at the mo.. too busy with everything end of uni related inc. dissertation, breakdancing show etc..

Used to be in the crazy crew back in the 80's so love all this stuff.

My old school fave tracks:

King Kut by Word of mouth ft D.J Cheese (absolute classic)
Boogie down bronx by Man Parrish
Rock the bells by LL Cool J
Friends by Whodini

I could go on for ages, ive got a boat load of tracks that i thought i'd never find again thanks to a mate of mine.

I still remember breaking my leg and having a full leg cast and still doing flares :D

It's so much different now, much more physical.

The Smurf by Tyrone Brunson has to be my all time fav track. It still sounds great today.

Honorable mentions goes to girls by egyptian lover, breakers revenge by arthur baker, and other stuff I can't even remember anymore.

And oh yeah, WIKKI WIKKI WIKKI! YEAH YEAH, WE KNOW WE KNOW.

Hahaaaa, i still rmember when i went down to R.E.Cords in Sadlergate Derby to buy that.

Quality album.

Shannon, let the music play used to get the floor rocking as well.
