Your puppy is not humping due to sexual or dominance - it's far too young to have these concepts under wraps. It humps because it's fun and it's an outlet for energy and excitement! Just don't let it happen too often as it will become a learnt behaviour and your pup will start to do it to other dogs. Dominance sets in at about 8 months.
The pee is a territorial thing - although I'm surprised a 4 month pup has this in mind - is it mainly the older dog? The dog will smell the other's scent and pee over it to re-mark it's territory.
Barking is also an excitement thing. Just teach-in a command such as 'quiet' as suggested (I use 'enough'). When they are quiet after the command, praise them up and treat. Do this every time you give the command and soon they'll start to do it without treats. Will take about 6 weeks.
when ever our dog did anything wrong i use to hit it (not hard) on the end of her nose, like a slap and then stare in her eyes, and shout NO! She stopped after i did this a few times.
