I've been in the audience of the snooker and the football (actually picked me out too). An old colleague of mine was a contestant on Deal or No Deal and won 20 grand!
In November Fox news interviewed me on Times Square if I was worried about visiting New York after 9/11. Wasn't live though so don't know if I got on the telly
I was in the studio when Lynyrd Skynyrd recorded The Old Grey Whistle Test. At the time i was there live sound engineer, the show was part of a UK tour.
I haven't been on tv however I have been broadcasted onto cinema screens around the UK. The comedian Ross Noble did a show at Liverpool last year and you could go to the cinema and watch it live around the UK. He called me cardigan chap or something.
How the hell could I forget, I was in a crowd scene as an extra in Casualty when I was about 14. They had an episode where part of it was a load of girls trying to chase a boyband down the steps of the Colston hall (concert place in Bristol) and someone got squashed. I was part of that crowd!!!
